Can I Play Mega Millions from India?
The official Mega Millions FAQ says its tickets are not sold outside the United States and it does not endorse worldwide ticket sellers. Its rules prohibit agents buying tickets for players in other jurisdictions. The lottery that sold a ticket determines whether it qualifies for payment.
